Quality Assurance Policy

	It is client's responsibility to enter clear and precise instructions in the order form. We provide Free revision service if our writer-coaches deviated from your original order requirements. This is done to ensure that you get 100% satisfaction.


	Modifications to your order and revision requests are handled directly by the Writing Department through the email account quickessayrelief@gmail.com. Once you place the order, all subsequent communication must be carried out through quickessayrelief@gmail.com, with your order number in the subject field of your emails.

	Chat agents or phone customer service representatives assist you in placing your order and answer general questions about the company and its services. Communication with chat or phone operators does not constitute or substitute communication with the Writing Department. Any communication with any individual, outside of the Writing Department, will not be entertained if a dispute arises in relation to your order.

	The actual grades you fetch depends on a range of factors outside of our control, such as, your instructor's perception of you, your command of the subject matter outside of the very paper we helped you with, and more importantly, your "history" with your instructor. Therefore, we never guarantee any specific grades. If you must get certain grade, then we recommend that you hire a writing service which can provide such guarantees.

Privacy Policy

	Your e-mail address and other personal information are safe with us.

	We do not exchange your personal information with any organization or third party, in any form.

	We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to protect all credit card details submitted to us over the internet.

	No one can view your credit card information you provide through our online order form; not even our staff members.

Revision and Refund Policy

	As our valuable client, we want to make sure that you understand what you are paying for. You are NOT paying for a "paper". You are paying for: 1) the research that we conducted on your behalf, 2) the orderly presentation of the research, 3) the adherence to the citation style you chose, etc. By providing you the "paper", we have saved you well over 80% of the time and effort it would have taken you to learn to produce a similar paper. We call it "emergent learning." Therefore, your payment, once received, will be considered final, and will not be refunded unless we fail to meet our obligations.

	We will give a refund if your credit card is erroneously charged for any extra amount.

	If, for some reason, we are unable to write your paper, we will refund your money.

	We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee through our Free revision facility for 30 days after your have received your paper. You must initiate a revision request, if needed, within 72 hours of receiving your paper. When you receive a revision you must initiate a subsequent revision request, if needed, within 72 hours of receiving the revised paper. If you receive your paper, or a revision and do not initiate a revision request within 72 hours, then we will consider the paper final and accepted. Any subsequent revision requests will be entertained at the sole discretion of the Writing Department.

	If you must have a different revision framework, you must elaborate it in the description field of the order form. The Writing Department will then make a decision if it wants to entertain such revision schedule, or to deny your order and issue a full refund.
